Fee: The initial consultation (up to 30 minutes) is charged at EUR 190.00 plus 19 % VAT, i.e. EUR 226.10 incl. VAT. If a mandate is subsequently given in the same matter, the consultation fee is credited against the further fees in accordance with Section 34(2) of the German Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG), unless otherwise agreed.
